i still have a huge pile of pictures waiting to be printed + scrapped (mostly from our HK trip last december + my US trip last january + our summer 09 pictures). planning to make quite a number of albums (minis + 8x8s) for these. haaay naku. never-ending backlog talaga.

how about you? what’s your plan of attack when it comes to scrapping several batches of photos? 🙂

hey. to all Pinay scrappers out there… meron pang oras para sumali sa KAYA anniversary challenge no. 2!!!! 🙂

isa and miggy

spending a big chunk of my day with these two.  we’re really thankful and relieved that isa has adjusted pretty well (so far) to being a big sister and not having all the attention to herself. she loves giving miggy kisses and gently stroking his head while he sleeps. although we still have to constantly remind her that she has to be careful around her baby brother (medyo may pagka “kamay na bakal” kasi si ate) but she’s learning + listening.

speaking of twos… Kaya is celebrating its 2nd anniversary this month and ScrapbooksHawaii is sponsoring the two challenges. deadline for the first challenge is tonight and challenge no. 2 starts tomorrow.  and here is my sample layout for the second challenge  —–

our sincerest and deepest gratitude to all those who sent their prayers and warm wishes.

we welcomed the newest addition to our family at 8:23 am last Friday — all 8.1 pounds of him. despite all the complications we went through during my pregnancy, everything turned out well. his doctors found him very healthy and he was already sent to our room after 24 hours. finally took my first sigh of relief in the last couple of weeks.

miggy is now 4 days old and he’s doing great. we’re still adjusting to having another baby in the house…trying to get to know his little quirks and getting to know him “personally”.  trying to keep his big sister involved in the process, too. looking forward to more sleepless nights. but taking things slowly…healing and savoring every moment. feeling very, very blessed.

heading to the hospital in a couple of hours.

to say ‘we are pretty much excited’ would be an understatement.
